Founded in September 2017 with the aim to create support structures for artists, BüroSarıgedik originates from the desire and the need to respond to current conditions of the local and international art scene, to work with artists from İstanbul in a novel format of (intimate, personal, etc.) artist representation. BüroSarıgedik will organize local and international projects, sourcing funding for production & fabrication of new works and publications by artists, liaising with institutions, and placing work in public and trustworthy collections. BüroSarıgedik represents: Meriç Algün, Eda Çekil, Cengiz Çekil, Gülsün Karamustafa, Berat Işık, Erdil Yaşaroğlu and Vahap Avşar.
